What is Living @ the Next Level?

In our first reading of Dr. McBath's new book, Living @ the Next Level he asks the question, What is Living @ the Next Level? He goes on to explain it is not a matter of arriving to a new place in life, not a breakthrough, but simply friendship with God. This is where we walk at the Next Level.

After your first reading you may have had a paradigm shift. What was your previous thoughts about being at the Next Level? How has this first reading helped you adjust the frustration of trying to get to the Next Level and actually start living there?

My previous understanding about living at the Next level was that some how an individual must qualify before he or she can elevate to the Next Level. This bothered me because that forced me to think I could disqualify myself at this level, which would result in me somehow getting pushed back down to the "Sub-Level." However, after reading the book, I realized what God had revealed to Bishop. The revelation is the believer is at the Next Level already because he or she is a friend of God. Now, I don't have anxiety about striving to remain at the Next Level; I realize I am already there; however, it is my responsibility to develop the proper heart attitudes while I am in this relationship so that I will have a vibrant and healthy relationship with Jesus.
